Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Platinum Recruitment. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the wider business with all administration tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including completing reports, analysing documents, and vetting new clients
- Onboarding new clients and communicating with internal staff and clients
- Assisting with business operations, including data analysis and document management
- Developing and maintaining administrative systems and processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business operations setting
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
