Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our consultants and delivering an excellent service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our consultants, including data management, data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Prepare and coordinate office events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Procure office equipment and services as required.
  • Develop and implement office-wide communications and presentations to enhance our sales culture.
  • Collate employee feedback and contribute to the organization of social events.

Requirements

  • Exceptional administrative and customer service experience.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
