We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Assistant to join our team at Taylor James Professional Recruitment. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our financial planning team, including processing new business applications, submitting transaction and trade requests, and maintaining accurate records of client financial situations.
- Client Communication: Act as a key point of contact for financial planners and clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Platform Management: Liaise with product providers and maintain knowledge of provider platforms to ensure seamless operations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including annual review packs and client portfolio valuations.
Requirements:
- Experience: IFA/financial planning administration experience is essential, with a proven track record of providing administrative support in a similar role.
- Skills: Highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Intelligent Office and knowledge of provider platforms is desirable.
