Job Summary:

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning team by processing new business applications, submitting transaction requests, and maintaining accurate records of client financial situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business applications across key financial products, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Submit transaction and trade requests, including fund switches on and off platform, to meet client needs.
  • Obtain illustrations and product literature to support client decision-making.
  • Acquire client portfolio valuations to ensure accurate financial assessments.
  • Prepare annual review packs for client meetings, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for financial planners and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Liaise with product providers to ensure seamless transactions and client satisfaction.
  • Action LOAs (Letters of Authority) to facilitate client transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client financial situations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IFA/financial planning administration, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Experience with Intelligent Office or similar software is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of provider platforms and ability to navigate complex financial systems.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and communication skills.
