We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Claims Handler to join our team at Acorn Insurance and Financial Services Limited. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of motor insurance claims, ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Validate all motor claims for indemnity and fraud
- Accurate quantum assessment of third-party vehicle damages presented using relevant tools available to assist and further losses relating to motor insurance claims
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as the needs of the business dictate
- Accountability for own performance against set objectives
- Ability to work in a culture of openness, trust, and respect
- Knowledge of the civil procedure rules with regards to offers, acceptances, and litigation risks
- Experience within the third-party claims environment is highly beneficial
