Role Overview

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing service relationships with key Vodafone clients. Your role will involve driving service improvements and ensuring that all contractual obligations are fulfilled.


Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate the Vodafone Service Proposition effectively to build customer confidence.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to support client needs.
  • Monitor service performance and provide clients with updates during implementation.
  • Measure service performance against SLAs and ensure timely delivery of service reports.
