We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Group Leader to join our team at Childbase Partnership Limited.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of Early Years Educators in a busy, dynamic environment
  • Develop and implement engaging learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and a consistent approach to care and education
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the well-being and safety of children and staff

Requirements:

  • Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting
  • Has excellent EYFS knowledge and is passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners
  • Through hands-on leadership and role modelling of best-practice, can inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and will ensure their team feel nurtured, supported, and motivated
  • Thrives in a busy, team-orientated environment, champions partnership working, and is supportive and sensitive to the needs of others
