Requirements:
- Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting
- Has excellent EYFS knowledge and is passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners
- Through hands-on leadership and role modelling of best-practice, can inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and will ensure their team feel nurtured, supported, and motivated
