Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Surveyor or Associate Director with a passion for lease consultancy to join our client's dynamic Lease Consultancy team. As a leading niche agency in the retail, restaurant, and leisure market, they have recently secured several high-profile mandates and are looking for an experienced professional to provide strategic advice on lease negotiations, rent reviews, and lease renewals for prime assets in Central London and across the UK.

In this role, you will work autonomously and provide expert advice on lease negotiations, rent reviews, and lease renewals for prime assets in Central London and across the UK. You will also gain unique experience in Asset Management, including work on luxury shopping centres.

  • Offer expert advice and representation on rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease re-gears for retail and leisure assets.
  • Conduct research and analysis of lease terms, market conditions, and legal considerations to formulate strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, valuations, and strategic advice to support lease consultancy services.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to negotiate favourable lease terms and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Work alongside market-leading leasing and investment teams, providing holistic advice on all aspects of the property life cycle.
  • Assist with the asset management of leading Central London assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in lease advisory or commercial property consultancy, with a proven track record in negotiating lease terms, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex lease documentation and financial data.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, particularly Excel.
