About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Manager to join our team at SPE Connect, a specialist Hospitality & Retail recruitment consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an iconic brand that is rapidly expanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leasing and property expertise to our estate across the UK and Ireland.
  • Support the company in maintaining a strong property portfolio, with a focus on lease renewals, rent reviews, closures, relocations, remodels, and other key lease milestones.
  • Act as the conduit for new business development, ensuring seamless lease and leasing contract management.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on leasing for Area Managers.

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge in leasing.
  • Varied stakeholder management experience.
  • Residency in London or within a comfortable commute of Central London.
  • Background of 5+ years in leasing, with experience working with consultants, solicitors, and professional property experts.
  • Understanding of rent reviews, lease renewals, and other technical aspects of leasing.
  • Desirable experience working within the Franchising world and with Franchising leases.
