About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Manager to join our team in London, United Kingdom. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for providing leasing and property expertise to all Subway restaurants/FZE's across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, review, and approve all lease documentation related to new sites, renewals, rent reviews, deeds of variations, transfers, breaks, and surrenders.
  • Manage internal and external legal relationships/matters relating to our property leases.
  • Review and approve lease-related payments with the finance teams.
  • Maintain key store and lease information/dates on SUBs/Tango systems.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to assist with managing/mitigating risk.
  • Deal with leasing-related queries for weekly/periodic meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Property/Leasing/Estate Management or Surveying related degree preferred.
  • 7 to 10 years of leasing experience. QSR, Restaurant, and franchising experience is preferred.
  • PC knowledge with the ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Property Management System experience.
  • High degree of detail orientation and ability to work within time constraints.
  • Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail.
