Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lease Consultant to join our team at Beach Baker Property Recruitment. As a Senior Lease Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation on rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease re-gears for retail and leisure assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert advice and representation on rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease re-gears for retail and leisure assets.
  • Conduct research and analysis of lease terms, market conditions, and legal considerations to formulate strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, valuations, and strategic advice to support lease consultancy services.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to negotiate favourable lease terms and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Work alongside market-leading leasing and investment teams, providing holistic advice on all aspects of the property life cycle.
  • Assist with the asset management of leading retail and leisure assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in lease advisory or commercial property consultancy, with a proven track record in negotiating lease terms, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex lease documentation and financial data.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, particularly Excel.
