We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Surveyor to join our Retail Lease Advisory team at Colliers. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert advice on lease renewals, rent reviews, and lease re-gears on shops, bars, and restaurants in Central London and throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on lease renewals, rent reviews, and lease re-gears, including business development, initial advice, rental valuations, and negotiations.
  • Work closely with our Retail Agency teams to identify alternative occupiers and generate competitive bidding for units.
  • Advise clients on investment yields and increases in capital value, and provide expert reports to court or PACT if necessary.
  • Collaborate with our Retail Capital Markets team to provide investment advice and support sales and acquisitions.

Requirements

  • Essential experience in Lease Advisory, with a preference for Retail.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to work at senior levels.
