About the Role

The Senior Customer Care Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients and increasing revenues by selling the full range of MUFG Pension & Market Services lease advisory services' products. This role can be based on a hybrid basis from our central London office or our satellite office in Basingstoke, so you will need to be within a commutable distance of one of the locations to ensure you can be in the office as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work to increase the number of organisations using the MUFG Pension & Market Services procurement and leasing frameworks and lease accounting software, including Police authorities, Schools, the NHS and Universities.
  • Build internal and external networks to promote our service offering and raise our team profile to generate new leads and contacts for our business.
  • Promote MUFG Pension & Market Services as the leading public sector lease advisor.
  • Manage relationships with key clients, acting as a senior point of referral, and support CRM's with their client relationships.
  • Be a visible role model, working closely with CRM's, providing them and their teams with a referral point for technical and client service queries.
  • Ensure any client work is undertaken at the appropriate level, in accordance with internal quality control and service level agreements, setting an example to team members and other Client Relationship Managers (CRM's) on how to manage a profitable client contract, delivering a high-quality service in line with our team-based delivery model.
  • Lead internal and external technical initiatives and events, for example training sessions, webinars and presentations.
  • Share your core technical knowledge with other team members and participate in internal knowledge sharing initiatives and projects arising from significant legislative or regulatory change.
