Job Title: Senior Lease Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lease Analyst to join our team at Realty Income. As a Senior Lease Analyst, you will be responsible for abstracting, interpreting, and communicating complex commercial lease language from both standard and non-standard lease agreements for international properties under acquisition consideration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Abstract accurate information from complex leases and related legal documents, including critical dates, revenue information, lease parties, landlord obligations, and risk-related non-financial clauses.
  • Accurately input determinations into a custom database for import into Yardi for audit approval and ultimate consumption by other departments.
  • Coordinate and communicate critical information with the international Legal Acquisitions department to ensure timely completion of abstraction to meet closing deadlines.
  • Work with various other departments to ensure relevant data is available for reporting and action upon the close of the transaction.
  • Provide guidance to other department personnel regarding abstracted information, as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience analyzing and abstracting various UK and European commercial real estate leases.
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to monitor own work and the work of others for completeness and accuracy.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet specific deadlines.
  • Works well independently and as part of the team.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce desired.
  • Bilingual or multi-lingual a plus (English, Spanish, Italian).
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the international commercial real estate administration industry and/or paralegal field; having worked in either the Landlord or Tenant sector is a plus.
  • Paralegal certificate a plus, but not required.
