Property Leasing Consultant

We are seeking to hire a Property Leasing Consultant for our esteemed organization.

Role Overview

The ideal Property Leasing Consultant will undertake the following responsibilities:

Engaging and registering prospective tenants. Keeping consistent communication with property owners and potential tenants, documenting all interactions. Fostering goodwill, building trust, and nurturing enduring relationships with clients. Coordinating, organizing, and leading property viewings. Negotiating offers on behalf of clients. Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate landscape. Collaborating closely with management to uncover new business prospects. Meeting daily and weekly performance targets. Working in synergy across all departments and referring business as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful Property Leasing Consultant will demonstrate the following qualities:

Strong organizational and time management abilities A professional, driven, and enthusiastic demeanor with a willingness to learn Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively Proficiency in building rapport and establishing long-term relationships Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment Outstanding written and verbal communication skills A valid and clean driving license Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
