Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Lease Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Industrial team, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice to clients on lease consultancy work, including rent reviews and lease renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals, and regears on behalf of landlords and tenants
  • Conduct property inspections and prepare third-party submissions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, using exceptional rapport-building, questioning, and summarising skills
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of internal and external contacts to further develop business for Gerald Eve

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge in valuing a range of property types, with experience in industrial property being beneficial
  • Proven IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated with a real desire to deliver excellent customer service
  • Full driving licence
