\t* Negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals, and regears on behalf of landlords and tenants
\t* Conduct property inspections and prepare third-party submissions
\t* Develop and maintain a strong network of internal and external contacts to further develop business for Gerald Eve
\t* Provide technical knowledge in valuing a range of property types, with experience in industrial being beneficial
\t* Proven IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office
\t* Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated with a real desire to deliver excellent customer service
\t* Full driving license
