The Role
We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide a facilities management service to ensure the effective day-to-day operations at our offices, community buildings, and general needs communal blocks. The successful candidate will work alongside building compliance, health & safety, and housing management colleagues to deliver excellent services to our tenants.
Key Responsibilities
The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Providing a facilities management service to ensure the effective day-to-day operations at our offices, community buildings, and general needs communal blocks.
- Working alongside building compliance, health & safety, and housing management colleagues to deliver excellent services to our tenants.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.
- Managing maintenance and repairs to our properties.
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
