Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities and managing a team of maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising all maintenance and repair activities to ensure the facilities' smooth operation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
  • Attend and actively participate in operational meetings, maintaining effective communication with the broader team.
  • Promote and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies to foster a safe working environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, contractors, and vendors.
  • Oversee suppliers for designated areas, such as plant services and coffee machine vendors.
  • Encourage a collaborative 'one team' culture by sharing best practices and attending regular team meetings.
  • Support customer and business needs as required.
Requirements:
  • Relevant certification in facilities management.
  • Essential experience in customer service.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.
