This position involves direct client engagement, focusing on the deployment of cutting-edge Cloud and Infrastructure solutions tailored to complex business requirements. Your background in IT Services or Consultancy, along with your comprehensive understanding of enterprise Cloud and Infrastructure technologies, will be essential in guiding clients through their transformation processes.

  • Collaborate closely with Technical Architects to grasp the design rationale behind each solution.
  • Develop and implement solutions for offshore financial service providers and multinational corporations, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Deliver Server and Storage Infrastructure solutions across Microsoft Cloud platforms (Azure, M365, AVD), Server Infrastructure, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for customer support.

Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in a client-facing consultancy role, working with enterprise clients to:

Cloud Infrastructure Expertise

Microsoft Azure

  • Demonstrate proficiency in deploying and managing Azure services (e.g., VMs, Azure AD, Azure Backup).
  • Manage Azure Networking (e.g., Virtual Networks, Azure Firewall, VPN Gateway).
  • Implement Azure Storage solutions (e.g., Blob Storage, Azure Files, Disk Storage).
  • Utilize Azure Governance and management tools (e.g., Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center).

Microsoft 365 (M365)

  • Oversee the implementation and management of M365 services (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams).
  • Ensure security and compliance within M365 (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Compliance Center).
  • Integrate M365 with on-premises infrastructure.

Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

  • Design, deploy, and manage AVD environments.
  • Optimize user profile management (e.g., FSLogix).
  • Implement AVD security and compliance best practices.

Server and Storage Infrastructure Expertise

Server Infrastructure

  • Show proficiency in deploying and managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
  • Utilize virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware vSphere).
  • Design and manage Active Directory.
  • Implement server clustering and high availability solutions.

Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI)

  • Deploy and manage HCI solutions (e.g., Azure Stack HCI, Nutanix, VMware vSAN).
  • Understand HCI architecture and best practices.
  • Integrate HCI with cloud and on-premises environments.

Storage Infrastructure

  • Manage SAN, NAS, and DAS storage solutions.
  • Implement storage replication and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Optimize storage performance and tuning.

Technical Support Skills

Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution

  • Exhibit advanced troubleshooting skills for both cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Utilize monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, SolarWinds).

Customer Support and Communication

  • Provide excellent customer service and communication.
  • Effectively explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage and resolve high-severity incidents.
