Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Careers Plus. As a key member of our cloud engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support cloud migration projects using Azure Migrate.
  • Design and implement cloud solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline deployment, configuration, and management tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices to ensure our solutions are secure, scalable, and efficient.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Azure.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Migrate for cloud migrations.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, virtualization, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Familiarity with cloud networking, security, and governance best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure DevOps Engineer).
  • Experience with other scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools (e.g., ARM Templates, Terraform).
  • Knowledge of other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
