This role involves direct engagement with clients, focusing on the deployment of innovative Cloud and Infrastructure solutions tailored to meet intricate business requirements. Your background in IT Services or Consultancy, along with your comprehensive understanding of enterprise Cloud and Infrastructure solutions, will be pivotal in guiding clients through their transformation journeys.

  • Collaborate closely with Technical Architects to grasp the design rationale behind each solution.
  • Develop and implement solutions for offshore financial services and global enterprises that adhere to industry best practices.
  • Deliver Server and Storage Infrastructure solutions across Microsoft Cloud platforms (Azure, M365, AVD), Server Infrastructure, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for customer support.

You should possess a minimum of three years of experience in a client-facing consultancy role, working with enterprise clients to scope, design, and implement:

Cloud Infrastructure Expertise

Microsoft Azure

  • Skilled in deploying and managing Azure services (e.g., VMs, Azure AD, Azure Backup).
  • Proficient in Azure Networking (e.g., Virtual Networks, Azure Firewall, VPN Gateway).
  • Experienced with Azure Storage solutions (e.g., Blob Storage, Azure Files, Disk Storage).
  • Knowledgeable in Azure Governance and management tools (e.g., Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center).

Microsoft 365 (M365)

  • Experience in implementing and managing M365 services (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams).
  • Understanding of security and compliance within M365 (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Compliance Center).
  • Ability to integrate M365 with on-premises infrastructure.

Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

  • Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing AVD environments.
  • Skilled in user profile management and optimization (e.g., FSLogix).
  • Knowledge of AVD security and compliance best practices.

Server and Storage Infrastructure Expertise

Server Infrastructure

  • Proficient in deploying and managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
  • Familiar with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware vSphere).
  • Experienced in Active Directory design and management.
  • Knowledgeable in server clustering and high availability solutions.

Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI)

  • Skilled in deploying and managing HCI solutions (e.g., Azure Stack HCI, Nutanix, VMware vSAN).
  • Understanding of HCI architecture and best practices.
  • Ability to integrate HCI with cloud and on-premises environments.

Storage Infrastructure

  • Experience with SAN, NAS, and DAS storage solutions.
  • Knowledge of storage replication and disaster recovery.
  • Skilled in storage performance tuning and optimization.

Technical Support Skills

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving

  • Advanced troubleshooting capabilities for cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Proficient in root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, SolarWinds).

Customer Support and Communication

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Adept at explaining complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experienced in managing and resolving high-severity incidents.
