About the Role:

You will be responsible for understanding client business processes and translating them into functional requirements for Dynamics CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, test, and deploy customized Dynamics CRM (CE) applications that meet client expectations and industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and developers on Dynamics CRM (CE) functionalities and integrations, especially on Power Automate workflows and connectors.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the quality and timely delivery of Dynamics CRM (CE) projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to Dynamics CRM (CE) applications.
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users and administrators on how to use and maintain Dynamics CRM (CE) solutions.
  • Travel as required for the project.

Requirements:

  • Active & Live SC Clearance.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Dynamics CRM (CE) consulting, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Expert in Dynamics CRM (CE) functionalities and modules, such as sales, service, marketing, field service, and project service automation.
  • Power Automate experience - creating and managing workflows and connectors.
  • Client facing experience.
  • Understanding of Data Governance and Information Protection.
