Job Title: Composite Design Engineer

Job Summary: Aeropeople Limited is seeking a skilled Composite Design Engineer to join their team in Stevenage. The successful candidate will have experience in designing and certifying composite structures in the aerospace or automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop aerospace composite and hybrid structures using 3D CAD software.
  2. Collaborate with the Mechanical Design Group Team Leader and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements:

  1. Education to degree/HND level in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
  2. Demonstrated competence in the design of fibre reinforced composite materials.
  3. Familiarity with aerospace composite design methodologies and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in CAD systems, preferably CATIA V5.
  5. Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
