About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Extra Care Housing team at Hawthorn Court. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our tenants, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist tenants with personal care activities, promoting their dignity and respect.
  • Deliver person-centered care, supporting tenants to access third-party and NHS services.
  • Adhere to and complete accurate records of care and support provided.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to promote a supportive and inclusive environment.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering quality care and support. Previous experience in care is advantageous, but a commitment to delivering exceptional care is essential. Full training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
