About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our Extra Care Services team at Bath and North East Somerset Council. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our tenants, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist tenants with personal care activities, such as washing, personal hygiene, and dressing.
- Promote tenants' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering the best standards of care.
- Adhere to and complete accurate and timely records of the care and support provided to tenants.
- Provide support to access third-party and NHS services.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our tenants.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. Previous experience in care is an advantage, but a commitment to delivering quality care is essential. Full training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
