Care Assistant/Reablement Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant/Reablement Worker to join our team at Bath & North East Somerset Council. As a key member of our Extra Care Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their personal care needs and promoting their independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist tenants with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Promote tenant's independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high-quality care and support.
- Adhere to and complete accurate and timely records of the care and support provided to tenants.
- Provide support to access third-party and NHS services.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver excellent care and support.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. Previous experience in care is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided. You will be a strong communicator, able to build rapport with tenants and colleagues alike, and possess a commitment to delivering person-centred care.
