About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care Bristol. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication management.
  • Help clients with household duties and maintain a safe and clean living environment.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
