Job Title: International Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Key Account Manager to join our team at DPD Group UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our international customers, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account development plans to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer activity and progress
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in international sales or account management
  • Strong understanding of international logistics and trade
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
