Job Title: International Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Key Account Manager to join our team at DPDgroup. As a key member of our international logistics team, you will be responsible for retaining and developing relationships with our large international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting customers to discuss account management objectives, upsell development initiatives, and international business updates
  • Developing account development plans and roadmaps to support revenue targets
  • Maintaining comprehensive customer information via Salesforce and other tools
  • Managing the handover of new major international accounts
  • Supporting the international tender process
  • Establishing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identifying and developing additional international revenue opportunities
  • Assessing and validating customer needs and leading solution development efforts
  • Supporting the re-engagement of lost customers and maintaining regular contact
  • Managing the resolution of international customer problems
  • Monitoring and maintaining international account revenue and profitability

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Customer retention levels
  • Maintained/improved account profitability
  • Improved international revenue growth
  • Quarterly quote renewal impact report
  • Upsell and regenerated revenue
  • Customer satisfaction

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
