Job Title: International Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced International Development Manager to join our team at DPDgroup. As a key member of our international sales and development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue targets in line with our company's strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze customer performance to ensure they meet agreed-upon profiles and develop action plans to address any variances
  • Successfully handover new accounts to the International Strategic Account team or CRM team portfolio within 6 months of trade
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short, medium, and long-term opportunities
  • Champion the partnering process with new prospects, providing international expertise and leading the implementation process for new international customers
  • Achieve all international portfolio product targets as laid down by the company
  • Embrace new international products and identify suitable business opportunities to support their development and establishment
  • Maintain and update Salesforce records daily and in compliance with company procedures

Key Performance Indicators:

  • New international business revenue/contribution versus targets
  • New business international service product mix versus target
  • Opportunity and prospect pipeline size
  • Compliance of prospect information given to the International Development Team Manager
  • Quality, suitability, development potential, and size of new international business won

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and confidently perform presentations
  • Proven sales ability to achieve and exceed personal sales plans and targets
  • Willingness to learn and enhance knowledge of products, services, and international trade
  • Excellent time management skills to maximize the ability to reach goals
  • Effective upsell and cross-selling skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills
