About the Role

Citation Professional Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Welcome new customers to Citation Professional Solutions and provide an exceptional onboarding experience that sets them up for success.
  • Customer Enablement: Enable customers to get full use of our products and services, understanding their requirements and maximizing opportunities.
  • Delivery and Support: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customers' needs and objectives.
  • Issue Prevention: Identify issues that may arise and work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to prevent them from occurring.
  • Customer Communication: Operate as the main point of contact for customers, handling queries, providing information on other products, administering accounts, and addressing expressions of dissatisfaction or complaints.
  • Opportunity Growth: Identify and grow opportunities within the customer base, collaborating with internal teams to ensure growth and retention attainment.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, working closely with other areas of the business to resolve issues for customers.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Care Calls: Contact customers at relevant touchpoints to complete care calls.
  • Issue Escalation: Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
