About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Production to lead our commercial vehicle refrigeration business to success.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and driving process improvements using LEAN methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical leadership and drive process improvements using LEAN methodologies
* Lead the adoption and integration of modern technologies and design solutions to improve efficiencies
* Full P&L responsibility
* Prioritise and manage build schedules as needed to meet customer expectations

Requirements:

* A sound understanding of the manufacturing & assembly process for commercial vehicles
* Senior management level and have successfully managed a similar production process
* Exceptional communication skills
