About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your skills in e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and data analytics to propel our e-commerce offering. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimise Operations: Manage and optimise the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, search, and merchandising, as well as stock monitoring.
  • Ensure Website Uptime: Ensure the website is kept up-to-date, including navigation, banners, new in products/brands, category pages, and technical documentation.
  • Develop Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to improve website performance, customer engagement, and sales conversions.
  • Drive Digital Growth: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Technical, to ensure a seamless online experience.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need 4+ years of experience in an e-commerce/digital marketing role, with strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, and e-commerce technologies.
