Are you a data-savvy leader with a passion for building resilient supply chains? We’re looking for a strategic Head of Supplier Development to drive our success in the building services sector. Reporting directly to the Operations and Supply Chain Director, you’ll lead a team dedicated to optimising supply chain performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering valuable business relationships.

A typical day:

  • Manage a talented team to develop and strengthen our supply chain infrastructure.
  • Use data to identify gaps and refine our supply chain strategy based on market demands.
  • Drive innovation by working with our Supplier Innovation Manager to introduce new, revenue-driving products.
  • Build meaningful relationships between buyers and sellers to enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, ideally within building services or a related field.
  • A strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills.
