Senior Manager - Delivery and Strategy

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic projects within DAO Delivery and Strategy, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for Board and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Oversee prioritisation and delivery of governance deliverables, working with regulators and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to planning, communication, and roles and responsibilities within the DAO and Data teams.
Requirements:
  • Acute business acumen and judgement, with an in-depth knowledge of organisational psychology and behaviour.
  • Experience within the professional discipline of Data and/or Business Architecture, with an understanding of the value it provides to HSBC.
  • Experience in driving, communicating, and providing talent management to senior managers in a global organisation.
  • Organisational and planning skills, with experience of Project/Change management.
