RIBA 1834 Ltd is seeking a proactive individual to support the day-to-day coordination of our digital learning management system (LMS). As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the CPD Academy Manager to ensure best practices in digital learning are applied throughout our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the LMS, uploading digital CPD content and coordinating the creation of digital learning materials
  • Support platform functionality reviews and improvements, handling technical issues and assisting with content migration to the new platform
  • Support CPD product development and collaborate with the team to drive excellence in architecture
Requirements:
  • Considerable experience with learning management systems and digital learning best practices
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent project management skills for handling complex tasks
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship building
  • An industry-related digital learning qualification
