About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Supported Living services at Hft Cheshire & Merseyside. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to live the best life possible.

You will work closely with the Service Manager/Deputy Service Manager to ensure that all regulatory and legislative requirements are met, and that our services are delivered to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support services
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped to provide the best possible support
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our services and making recommendations for improvement
