About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Expert to join our team at AJ Bell. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the timely and effective selection and implementation of a new Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement detailed project plans that consider all stages of the selection and implementation process, from initial analysis and design through to development, testing, and deployment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective and trusted relationships with project stakeholders and external 3rd party suppliers.
  • Project Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on project status to sponsors, stakeholders, and executive management.
About You
  • Proven Experience: You have a proven track record of successful project management and system implementation experience.
  • Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical skills with close attention to detail and the ability to drive and challenge convention.
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with a variety of stakeholders.
