About the Role:
Castlefield Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join a Public Sector organization in Greater Manchester. This is a 3-6 month temporary contract outside IR35, offering full remote working.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects and ensure overall quality, cost, and issue resolution, while prioritizing effective delivery.
- Communicate project scope, impact, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Incorporate third-party plans into designated project phases, ensuring seamless integration.
- Maintain Business as Usual (BAU) arrangements until transition to new ways of working.
- Manage reporting requirements through various methods, including Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Identify short-term and long-term funding options, exploring methods and opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Hold a Prince 2 Practitioner/Professional certification or equivalent.
- Have experience working in and managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Have experience with risk assessment and management within a project environment.
- Manage complex budgets with varied reporting requirements.
