Regional Development Lead

Children North East is a leading children's charity in the North East region, working to ensure that all babies, children, and young people have the opportunity to thrive.

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Development Lead to join our team, supporting the Operational Development Director in driving forward our strategic vision and ensuring the delivery of our current and future services.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing internal voice offers, training programs, and policy initiatives that positively impact the lives of babies, children, and young people.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing regional development strategies to drive growth and improvement
  • Working closely with the Operational Development Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and programs
  • Supporting the development and implementation of new services and initiatives
  • Collaborating with the Policy team to influence and drive forward policy and campaign work
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of regional development initiatives
