Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive that can support growth in all areas of our sheet-fed printing and fulfilment organisation. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales and Commercial Director, as well as the CEO to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The role will require travel to customer sites, trade shows and industry events.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and networking.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  3. Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
  4. Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain an in-depth understanding of printing solutions and related technologies. Provide product training and support to customers as needed.
  5. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  6. Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales and business development. Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
  7. Customer Focus: Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  8. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market trends and sales data to inform strategies. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the printing or technology industry. Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

General: Adhere to Page Bros Group procedures and policies, ensuring the completion of all assigned activities to a high standard. Help foster a tidy and clean working environment for all employees. Take active responsibility for personal professional growth and development within the role. This will include the identification and training, and other developmental opportunities at regular review meetings and through ongoing dialogue with the sales manager.
