Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Executive to support growth in all areas of our sheet-fed printing and fulfilment organization. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and networking.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  3. Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
  4. Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain an in-depth understanding of printing solutions and related technologies. Provide product training and support to customers as needed.
  5. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the printing or technology industry. Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
