About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Cooper Lomaz. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for our established UK-based SaaS business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities: Research and identify potential business partners and develop strategies to engage with them.
- Develop new relationships: Build and maintain relationships with existing and new business partners to grow our business and support our expansion plans.
- Maintain existing customers: Foster strong relationships with our existing customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Think critically: Plan and execute business strategies to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the transport management systems.
- Experience: 3-4 years of prior industry-related business development experience in the TMS sector.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies, and a focused, sales-driven, and goal-oriented approach.
