Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our commercial team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients.
  • Work closely with our underwriting and claims teams to deliver seamless service to our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of business insurance products and services.
  • Qualified to a minimum of Dip CII, with a strong knowledge of insurance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
