Job Title: Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities, providing exceptional service to our clients and internal stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in our facilities management practices.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of facilities management principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing a team of facilities staff, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate facilities staff to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and managing contractors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies
  • Develop and implement facilities management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of facilities management with other business functions

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a facilities management role, preferably in an operational or technical environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office
  • Good working understanding of health and safety requirements
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a demanding environment
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
