Job Summary:

C9 Group Ltd T/A C9 Recruitment is seeking a reliable and experienced PCV bus driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely operating a passenger bus along designated routes, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to traffic laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a passenger bus along designated routes
  • Pick up and drop off passengers at scheduled stops
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with inquiries and ensuring a pleasant journey
  • Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
  • Carry out walk around inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy
  • Maintain accurate records of journeys and report any incidents or issues
  • Manage cash fares and ticket machines, as required

Requirements:

  • Valid PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) licence
  • Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
  • Minimum 6 months experience
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A professional and courteous manner
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • No more than 6 points (No DR/ TT99)
