About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Elior, a leading contract caterer in the UK. As a Sous Chef, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation in our kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to the highest standards
  • Ensure the kitchen and service areas are clean, well-presented, and well-stocked at all times
  • Stay up-to-date with menus and food offerings to ensure consistency and quality
  • Provide exceptional customer service and a warm welcome to our clients and guests
  • Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations

Working Pattern: 5 days over 7
