Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, face-to-face, and email
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Good IT and keyboard skills, with the ability to learn new systems
  • Strong listening and questioning skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in Local Government
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional shifts and remote work
